Terms & Conditions


Ground orders are often shipped using UPS or FedEx. We do our very best to get ground orders out within 48 hours or less. The time it takes to receive your order is highly dependent on the carrier. Most items will ship from PA or NJ. Once your order has shipped we will send you a tracking number so that you can track your shipment. 


We will ship back-orders ASAP. Once your back-ordered item ships we will send out a tracking number so you can track your order. However, backordered items may be cancelled if the item(s) are over 90 days from original ship date. We want our customers to be happy at all times and we realize that waiting for your exciting new item is a drag!


All claims for shortage or manufacturer defects must be filed within 7 days upon receipt of shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify number of cartons delivered against number of cartons on the bill of lading; please, check your shipment right away. Claims for damages must be filed immediately with our customer service department at wecare@dirtygirlgardening. All claims must be accompanied by freight bill or bill of lading signed by delivery person clearly stating the damages or discrepancies. We request that photographs illustrating any and all damages from either shipping or other means be emailed to wecare@dirtygirlgardening.com. Please, retain all original shipping carton(s) for inspection and allow two weeks for processing.


All returns must be pre-authorized by Dirty Girl Gardening and must have a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number. Please call customer service at: 732-202-1114. All returns must be in their original package! Nothing can be returned after 30 days from the shipping date.  Once again, we appreciate your business and your satisfaction is our #1 concern. We understand that buying online results in returns for all sorts of reasons. We want to help you so please contact us immediately if you are not satisfied for any reason.
