When will I receive my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is processed, making it easy to track your shipment. Shipments typically take 3-5 business days.
How do I know my payments are secure?
Rest assured, all our payments are handled through Shopify or PayPal, global leaders in online payment services. Our website is equipped with full data encryption and SSL security to safeguard your information. We are committed to never selling or exposing your personal data to any third party, except for shipping and delivery purposes.
What if I am not happy with my item or it is damaged?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase or if your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at 732-202-1114 during our business hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST. You can also reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of damages, we may request a clear photo showing the damage. If the damages are shipping-related, we will initiate a claim with the freight company. Should your packages appear damaged upon delivery, you have the option to refuse delivery. Ensure that the delivery driver documents all damages and the reason for refusal, as this helps us secure compensation for shipping-related damages.
Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days from the shipping date. For returns beyond this period that are not warranty-related, a 20% restocking charge plus shipping fees may apply.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 30-Day Warranty that begins upon item delivery. If an issue arises within this 30-day period, please contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com or by phone at 732-202-1114. A photograph may be requested to document any damages. We will then work with you to determine an appropriate reimbursement, whether it be a replacement, refund, credit, or discount. Please note that items cannot be returned after 30 days from the shipping date. A 20% restocking charge plus shipping fees may be applicable for returns unrelated to manufacturer defects or returns not in their original packaging.
Do you offer financing?
Certainly! We provide financing options through Affirm, and you can easily apply and get approved during the checkout process. It's important to note that any refunds issued for items purchased through Affirm are subject to a 4% processing fee charged by Affirm, not by us. Additionally, we offer a convenient 4-pay option through PayPal, and you can get approved for this during checkout by following the PayPal Pay Later links.
