Once we receive your order, it will generally take 24-48 hours for processing. At that time you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the shipment. Shipments usually take 3-5 business days. 

All of our payments are made through PayPal which is a leading provider of online payments in the world. Our site is secured with fully encrypted data processing and SSL to insure your data is safe. We never ever sell or expose your personal data to any outside 3rd party except for shipping/delivery.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please call customer service at 732-202-1114 during our business hours of 8am – 5pm EST, or send an email to [email protected]. Our Customer Service Rep will most likely request a photo be sent clearly displaying the damages. If damages are thought to be caused by shipping, a claim will be submitted with the freight company. If upon delivery, your packages appear to be damaged you may refuse delivery – make sure the delivery driver documents all damages and reason for refusal – this will ensure we are compensated for the damages resulted from shipping.  All returns must be in their original package! Nothing can be returned after 30 days from the shipping date. A 20% restocking charge plus shipping fee will be added for returns beyond 30 days that are not warranty issues. 

All products come with a 30-Day Warranty that begins once the item has been delivered. If an issue occurs within that 30-day period, you must contact Customer Service – either by email at [email protected] or by phone at 732-202-1114 – in order to address the issue. Most likely a photograph will be requested in order to view and document damages. Then we will decide on an adequate reimbursement for the applicable item(s), whether that be via replacement, refund, credit, or discount.

No items can be returned after 30 days from the shipping date. A 20% restocking charge plus shipping fee will be added for returns without manufacturer defects or returns not in their original packaging.

We currently offer financing through Affirm and you can sign up quickly and get approved during the checkout process. Please note that any refunds issued on items purchased through affirm are subject to a 4% processing fee. This is charged by Affirm and not us. 

You can also get a convenient 4 pay option through PayPal and you can also get approved for this at checkout time by following the PayPal Pay Later links. 

We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Financing through Affirm, and Pay Later through PayPal.
